01Acceptance of Terms

Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

03Account Verification (KYC)

51GamePH operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. All members are required to complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal. 51GamePH may also request verification documents at any point during a member's use of the platform, including before processing large deposits or at random as part of routine compliance checks.

Accepted Verification Documents

• Government-issued photo ID: Philippine passport, UMID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, or Voter's ID
• Proof of address: utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 90 days
• Selfie with ID: a photograph of you holding your ID document

Verification documents must be clear, legible, and unmodified. 51GamePH will process verification submissions within 1–3 business days. Withdrawals may be held pending verification completion. Providing fraudulent or altered documents is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

04Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on 51GamePH are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). 51GamePH accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels:

• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards

The minimum deposit at 51GamePH is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard members, though 51GamePH may apply transaction monitoring for large deposits in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately or within a few minutes depending on the payment channel used.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 51GamePH does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a payment method not matching the account holder's verified identity may be returned and the account flagged for review.

05Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawals of their account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a member's account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings generated from them — may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for most 51GamePH bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus would require ₱30,000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus and associated winnings are released for withdrawal.

Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates at 51GamePH are:

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses credited to a 51GamePH account carry an expiry date, which is stated in the specific promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited at the expiry date if wagering requirements have not been completed. Standard bonus validity is 30 days from the date of credit unless specified otherwise.

Bonus Abuse

51GamePH monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and coordinated bonus farming with other accounts. Any account found to be abusing promotional offers will have its bonus balance cancelled and may be restricted from future promotions.

07Game Rules & Betting

By playing any game at 51GamePH, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the rules of that game as published in the game's help section or information panel. In the event of a discrepancy between information displayed on screen and the underlying game software, the outcome determined by the server-side game software shall be the definitive result.

All game outcomes at 51GamePH are determined by certified Random Number Generators for digital games, and by real physical equipment (cards, balls, roulette wheels) for live dealer games. 51GamePH does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the house beyond the standard published house edge and return-to-player percentages stated for each game.

Bets once confirmed and submitted cannot be cancelled or altered. If a game freezes or disconnects mid-round due to a technical issue, the game will resume from the last confirmed server state when connection is restored. 51GamePH will not be held liable for losses resulting from internet connection failures on the member's side.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 51GamePH platform. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately pending investigation and may be permanently closed with forfeiture of any remaining balance:

• Registering more than one account, or sharing accounts with other individuals
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform in any manner that could constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for financial gain
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other game to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with 51GamePH's software or intellectual property
• Making offensive, abusive, or threatening communications via 51GamePH's chat or support channels
• Allowing a minor (under 21 years of age) to access or use your 51GamePH account

09Account Suspension & Closure

51GamePH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a payment provider
• Self-exclusion request from the member
• Court order or regulatory requirement

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 51GamePH may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to any breach (such as the member's voluntary closure request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method after deducting any pending bonus balances.

10Responsible Gaming

51GamePH's total liability to any member in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim. 51GamePH is not responsible for the content, reliability, or availability of third-party game providers' software. Where game outcomes are determined by third-party software, 51GamePH's liability is limited to acting as the account and payment processor between the member and the game provider.

13Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a member and 51GamePH, we encourage members to first contact our customer support team to seek a resolution informally. 51GamePH commits to addressing all member complaints within 5 business days and escalating unresolved complaints to a designated complaints handler within 10 business days.

14Changes to These Terms

51GamePH reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect member rights, bonus policies, payment terms, or game rules in a significant way — 51GamePH will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to all registered members and by posting a prominent notice on the platform.
